- For Time - Complete work as fast as possible
- Tabata - 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x 8
- Chipper - Long list of movements done once through
- Ladder - Ascending or descending rep schemes
- Pyramid - Reps go up then down (2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2)
- 21-15-9 - Classic descending rep scheme
- Death By - Add 1 rep each minute until failure
- Supersets - Paired exercises back-to-back

Muscle Group Protection
Protect sore or injured areas. Uncheck muscle groups you want to avoid: Legs, Back, Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Core. The generator filters out movements that strain avoided muscle groups.
Joint Stress Limits
Built-in joint stress thresholds prevent overuse for shoulders, spine, knees, hips, and wrists. Each movement has joint stress metadata.
